Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the eyewear is placed in its original branded case along with all certificates of authenticity, cleaning cloths, and protective packaging.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a complimentary pickup from your doorstep at a time convenient for you.
Verification and Refund
After our quality team inspects the frames for any signs of wear, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
